Sebastian & Co. has created this collar that has 2 layers of leather to make it comfortable and strong. In mostly black leather, the inside layer is pink with enough on each side to show when worn. The matching 4 foot leash has the same pink on the handle. Hardware is brass. Collar measures 14”-16 ½” around the neck and is ¾” wide. These are brand new, never been used with tag attached.
